1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website, installing our software, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies or are inactive for extended periods.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the WadOrWas services. For example, you must not:
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our system or network.
- Breach or otherwise circumvent any security or authentication measures.
- Access or search the Services by any means other than our publicly supported interfaces (no scraping).
- Interfere with or disrupt any user, host, or network, for example by sending a virus, overloading, or spamming.
4. Payment Terms
Subscriptions: For paid plans, you will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually).
Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing. We will give you at least 30 days notice of any price changes.
Refunds: Refunds are processed according to our fair refund policy. Generally, you can request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if the software does not work as described.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of WadOrWas and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of WadOrWas.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall WadOrWas, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
